We source green coffee beans from around the world.  The French Roast uses Colombian Supremo and Excelso.  The Mocca Java uses Ethiopian Harrar and Sidamo blended with select Indonesian Arabica coffees. 

 

 

 

 

Greg Ryan Jr. and Greg Shannon taste many coffees before

deciding which coffee or coffees have the desired characteristics to create the liquid concentrated coffee.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Freddy Cruz Serrano roasts each varietal of coffee bean differently to maximize the positive flavor components of that particular coffee.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The proper grind and water temperature is essential

to extract the full flavor of the coffee but not

the bitterness.  Our coffee is very smooth.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our bottling line fills 16 ounce Retail Bottles and

1 gallon Food Service Bottles.  We can also fill 1000

liter totes for ingredient use.

Meybel Arevalo hand inspects each bottle for quality control. 

She checks the seal, cap and the label then attaches the cup. Not one bottle leaves Ryan Coffee without her approval.

The entire process takes about a week and then we're ready to ship to you.
