I tried to report you to the Better Business Bureau today,1/18/10,to complain about your company , but they were closed. I wanted to complain because your vanilla nut coffee is addictive; your excellent service ls also addictive. I resolved the problem by ordering two more 6 packs of the vanilla nut.

I am so happy! I normally buy your coffee at Raley's but have to drive all over to find it in stock and they usually do not have Decaf.
Now I can order online anytime I want. Plus, I have stopped going to Starbucks for my non-fat Latte's. I make them at home and like them even better. I was spending (sometimes) $300 a month at Starbucks.

I just wanted to say, I love your product. I have become lactose intolerant and I used to drink Starbucks mochas all the time, but now I can't. So I make chocolate milk with lactose free milk and then pour in some of your coffee and it tastes even better than the frappacinos I used to buy. I also love the decaf you make. I'm kind of a coffee freak and try not to drink it at night, but sometimes i do anyway and that keeps me up, but now it's not a problem with your decaf. Thanks for a great product.

I wanted to add a recipe that I use almost everyday. I am a bariatric surgery patient and have lost 167 pounds!! The (mandatory) protein shake that I love most of all is this one.
I tell every bariatric patient I know about this product.
Bariatric Protein Shake
1 scoop favorite vanilla protein powder
1 cup (cup from container) Victorian House Concentrated Coffee
2 cups " Sugar Free Coffeemate in any flavor you like
2 cups " Water
2 cups " Fat Free Milk
ice cubes and milk to fill the glass
some people like a packet of Splenda too
In a large 24 oz glass mix the first five ingredients till smooth. Add ice and milk to fill the glass. You will have to mix again because of the protein powder. Yummy!!! Tastes like Starbuck's (Oops did I say that??)
Protein approximately 31-34 grams depending on protein powder used. Enjoy,

I thought you might be interested in how I personally use your product.
I take a gallon bottle of Crystal Geyser spring water (I like the square shape), and pour out 4 cups.
Add 12 NutraSweet Packets (Equal or equal).
Add 1 1/2 bottles of French Roast Concentrate (caffeinated of course).
Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups FAT FREE Half and Half (Safeway has LUCRERNE brand cheap).
Shake it all up, and leave in refrigerator, stays good for at least a week, probably more like two.
It tastes very similar to STARBUCKS LIGHT double shots, sold in the 6.5 oz cans.
Here are the important comparisons, (Comparing 8 oz serving to 6.5 oz Starbucks).

I get up pretty early in the morning, no time to make a pot. Instant coffee just did not appeal to me. I could not find one that I could enjoy. We found you guys on a camping trip a few years ago. BTW, my favorite way to drink your coffee is to mix it with non-fat milk instead of water, and heat it in the microwave. Your coffee is so smooth that this drink comes out tasting like a latte made with full-fat milk, and needs no sugar.

Good morning -
I'm sitting in front of my computer with my (huge) mug of Ryan Coffee French Roast. I haven't used my imported gourmet coffees or turned on my Gevalia coffee maker since I discovered your coffee a few months ago. Although "building" a cup of coffee by hand using bottled water, mesh filters, and a French press is the ideal, I was looking for a quick way to get a good cup of coffee on those days when I just didn't feel like doing the work.
My French press is now a flower vase - or a holder for artist's materials. I tried your coffee for those "I want coffee now! !" days. Ryan's is now my only at-home brand, because, after the convenience factor wore off, I realized this is just the best coffee I can get without the bitterness, inconsistent taste, and acidity I am supposed to accept as part of a "great" cup of coffee.
I still boil the water - the microwave method is too "clinical" to my tastes. If I were in college, I'd probably start my day with a couple shots straight out of the bottle. Then I'd spend the rest of the day gnashing my teeth and feeling spectacular.
Again, thank you for a great - and great tasting - product. I'm spreading the word.
